Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $45 per person; however, if you are a client and order the materials for $65 ($95 for non-clients), the fee will be waived. Cancellations received after that time will be charged the full workshop fee. If the conference is delayed, cancellation fees will be waived and a new cancellation date will be determined. To avoid a cancellation fee, you are welcome to substitute another attendee for the registered guest.
